Ranch Bake


  • 1½ pounds lean ground turkey (or lean ground Beef)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup quinoa or brown rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350° F.

Brown ground turkey.

Cook Quinoa or brown rice on stove top.

Once meat is cooked through, add diced tomatoes and sauce, combine all seasonings to meat and sauce. Add rice or Quinoa in with the mixture.

Once mixed together, spread evenly through a 9x13 pan. Top with shredded cheese.

Cook for 15-20 minutes.
