Jalapeño Popper Dipping Sauce


  • 2 (8 ounce) packages reduced-fat cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup sliced banana peppers (drained)
  • ½ cup sliced jalapeño peppers (drained)
  • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or crumbled crackers
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)


In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add sour cream, beating until smooth.

Stir in cheddar cheese, jalapeño peppers, banana peppers, and ½ cup Parmesan cheese.

Spoon mixture into a 1 quart baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine remaining Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter.

Sprinkle evenly over cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
