Jack Mackerel Patties


  • 1 can jack mackerel
  • Flour (enough to thicken the fish and juice)
  • ½ onion (diced)


Open the mackerel and remove the bones.

Mix in the flour and onions, until it reaches the consistency of paste, breaking up the fish as you go.

Form into patties roughly the size of hamburgers. Fry in oil for about 2 minutes per side.
