Cornbread

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups cornmeal
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1½ cups buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 450° F.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Pour into a greased pan and bake for 30 minutes.
